- Specifically designed for aseptic surgery featuring ISO fluorane anesthesia, ECG, Pulse oximetry, respiratory monitors, patient circulating warming blankets, and temperature monitoring.
Pre-Surgical Policy
Patients having surgery should have no food after 10 pm the night before the procedure (water is fine). We require pre-anesthetic blood work with our surgeries and encourage owners with older animals to do more extensive testing.
Surgical check-in is between 8:00-8:30 am. At that time, we will weigh the patient and one of our technicians will meet with the owner to discuss the surgery and answer any questions. The owner is required to sign a surgery consent form.

Appointment Policy
We work on an appointment basis. Emergency walk-ins during business hours are taken as needed. Early drop-off service is available at 8 am. If dropping an animal off for medical treatment, clients will need to allow the time to visit with either a doctor or technician and go over the problems and treatments being performed.
Payment Options
Estimates for anticipated procedures may be provided prior to admission. It is customary to pay for veterinary services upon their completion, however on an as-needed basis, for extensive services/treatments, we will work with the individual client to come up with an agreeable payment plan. We are a locally owned small business and our ability to deliver quality animal care is based on fair fees for services rendered.
We accept cash, CareCredit, personal checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We offer a discount on the office call/wellness exam to clients bringing in multiple pets on the same visit. We also honor appropriate certificate(s) from Winnebago County Animal Services, and with prior approval from Winnebago County Humane Society, we offer discounted spays/neuters.
Retail Center
We stock Royal Canin prescription pet food, shampoos, vitamins, ear cleaners, Feliway, Adaptil, and Mycodex products. We also have helpful training publications available.
